How to Join
[Sign Up] You will be joined by filling out the terms and conditions, consent to the privacy policy, and subscription items in a certain form through the [Membership] menu, and you will be able to use the service free of charge immediately after signing up.
You can purchase the product without signing up as a member, but if you sign up as a non-member, you don't have to enter various information you need to enter when you order. You can always participate in joint purchases and auction events. You can participate in events and various discount events for members.

If you become a member of, you will receive 1,000 won in reserves when you sign up.
And membership ratings are set according to the purchase price, and you can benefit from each rating.

How to order
You can place your order as follows.
- Step 1. Log-in (sign-up if needed)
- Step 2. Search for products and add to cart
- Step 3. Fill in an order form (e.g., your name, address, contact numbers)
- Step 4. Select a payment method and make a payment
- Step 5. Once the order has successfully been placed, you will be given an order number.
※ The sold-out items in your shopping cart and wish list may automatically disappear.
[How to check the order list]
Once the payment is completed you will be able to check the order list on [My page].
- On PC: Please click [My page] at the right bottom of the website
- On Mobile: Please open the menu category at the right top of the website and click on [My page].
On [My page] menu click on the [Order list] and you will be able to check all your orders for the last 3 months.

EXIMBAY is a payment gateway company providing services to online stores that authorize a debit/credit card payment.
[Partial cancellation]
Please be aware that partial cancellation is not available for certain cards once payment is made. In this case, please contact our CS center as we are willing to assist you with full guidance.

    Track your package
    Upon shipment, the tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail. You can track your package at  EMS.
    Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, please directly contact EMS with any inquiries about the status of your package.

    Customs and Duties 
     The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them and is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes and will not provide refunds for orders returned due to customs reasons. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

    Delay of shipment
    Generally It takes about 3-5 working days for us to prepare your order and additional 5-7working days for the Express Delivery company to dliver the shipment  to the recipient. Depending on the situation however, some products might take longer time for us to prepare. Please note that we arrange partial shipping for orders not shipped out for 10 working days from the date of payment upon the request of our customers.
    The rest items in the same order will be sent soon as available. If no request from customers for partial shipments, all the products in one order will be shipped in one package. We will send by partial shipment for orders weighing or measuring over the standard size of package recommended by the EMS so that the receipient could save the import taxes and duties. is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters.  Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays.

    We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    Failed Deliveries &Returned Packages
     In the case that Delivery compay is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept qualifying returns but do not offer replacements/exchange. Refunds are made in the form of deposit or by Paypal, once the returned products clear our inspection.
1. We accept return(s) if:
- you receive a product different from your order; or
- you receive a defective product.
**Return Instructions
(1) Post a return request on Q&A within three days of receipt. You are requested to
- attach the photos of the defective product(s) and
include the item code, the order number,
- and the reason for the return.

(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email.
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.
* Returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff.
* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by When EMS’ return delivery is not available, you can scan the return receipt
  from other delivery company and post an image of it on "Return Request" of Q&A. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.

2. Followings are not eligible for returns:

- Items worn, altered and washed.
- Any product with tags or labels removed no matter it is defective.
- Any product damaged due to your mishandling
- Any product without our approval after your return request.
- Items to return just because you change your mind (on size, color, etc.)
The following items are not considered defective:
* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
3. If there is a missing item from your order:
* Contact our customer service center by Q&A "My order" within 2 days of receipt.
* Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
Period of use
The accrued from the order will not be converted to the actual available accruals until 20 days after the completion of delivery check. It is classified as an unused reserve for 20 days. Unavailable reserves are reserves for orders that are not actually purchased in preparation for returns, purchase cancellations, etc.
Available reserves (total reserves - used reserves - unused reserves) can be used immediately when purchasing the product.
Extinction condition
In the event of order cancellation/refund, the accumulated reserves accumulated for product purchase will be canceled together. When you withdraw from the membership, the reserves will automatically expire. If there is no additional accumulation of reserves for three years from the date of the final accrual, the reserves will expire.
